One of the worst brazilian waxing I've received. As I arrived I was showed to the wax room, the staff didn't say a word and just closed the door behind me. No wet tissues for cleaning were available, and no towel for covering myself up when the staff re-entered the room. Without saying a word or asking me anything about my waxing history she just started.
No techniques were used to minimalise pain during the waxing process, and she offered no words of comfort or help with breathing techniques. The result was full of flaws, the hair left was in a skew shape and no lotion soothing lotion offered. And again, without offering any towels for cover up, she left the room leaving me exposed to other customers and staff outside.
Not coming back here ever again.
