Good service wish could select shellac polish online

The pedicure was fine, but nothing special.
Pros: razored the dead skin off my heels, massage chair worked well, staff were nice
Cons: the first polish I chose had gone off and couldn't be used, ultimately the polish job was a bit cracked and could have been better

Girl had no clue what she was doing; very weird experience. Clipped my nails incredibly short, then filed them unevenly, and kept clipping at bits of skin which was painful and actually made me bleed. Her colleague had to take over but the damage had already been done unfortunately.

Absolutely awful. There is one particular member of staff in there who makes the prices up as she goes along. I do not know her name. She even wanted to charge me more because “treatwell keep it all for themselves.” My guess is she doesn’t like having to pay tax on it. AVOID ! There are far better places out there. Rude rude rude and treatwell, you should really consider whether you continue doing business with them.
