for those who want to get Brazilian waxing, please bear in mind they DO NOT use hard wax. they use strip wax and it was the most painful experience I've ever had and my skin was damaged.. the staff was sweet at first but as soon as i showed how unbearable it was for me she gave me a cold shoulder and left the room without saying good bye. I had to tell her to stop. skin is still very sensitive and not healed up properly. also most importantly it's not a very clean environment. I didn't expect much for the price, but i wouldn't go back.
