This was an amateur treatment that ruined my nails. They filed the top of my nails so much that they were breaking during the treatment - I’ve never seen someone struggle so much to remove shellac. I ended up not having the treatment that I went for because my nails were in such bad condition by the time he’d done the removal so I had a cheaper treatment and wasn’t offered any refund (I’d prepaid). There doesn’t seem to be any care taken towards customers, there’s no atmosphere and quite a few customers were quietly complaining to each other about their treatments and the wait, despite pre-booking. On the plus side, there’s a good choice of colours and it’s a conveniently located salon in Camden.
