I booked a sports massage as I am slightly injured from running and my legs were tired and I wanted a massage. But he did a kinesiology treatment to open and activate my muscles. He said that 'a sports massage may be nice but it won't benefit you in the long run'. But he gave me zero exercises or advice on how to stay uninjured so how his work would improve me IDK. I booked a sports massage and wanted a sports massage. Waste of time. If I'd spoken up I don't think he'd have listened to me.
