I’m not usually one to leave a review, but I went to try Cloud 9 for the first time and not only did Ly point at my body and ask if I was pregnant, but she also managed to cut my eye under my eyebrow with the thread and shaped them much different to what I’m used to. I won’t be coming back, and wouldn’t recommend!
