Experience was unfortunately very poor.
The technician was on a phone call for the entire appointment and at one point there was a conversation (not in English) between the three technicians that was quite clearly about me / my nails, which made me quite uncomfortable.
The skin around my nails has been pulled back so far that it’s now peeling and painful and the BIAB is very thick and unevenly applied. One nail was particularly bad and was fixed in the appointment but the rest still look awful.
