I have been getting my nails done by Ly for years and have followed her to her own Salon! Ly is one of the best nail technicians in London and I am so happy she is able to train a team to provide as good services as she does. Whether you want a perfectly executed manicure or intricate nail art they are able to create whatever you want ands the deluxe pedicure is highly recommended! I have trusted Lys advice which has helped me heal lifelong fungal infection, that doctors couldn't help. She has also helped me grow my weak and brittle nails into beautifully long and strong with SNS. Rabia is a experienced waxing technician and who is so sweet and makes you feel so comfortable. All the salon staff are so warm and welcoming and the salon is absolutely gorgeous. The selection of colour choices and treatments available is so vast and accommodating of peoples preferences. I genuinely believe this salon will become one of Londons top 10 once it is more established and more people visit. Thank you Cloud9 Beauty , Ly and your amazing team <3 xx
I would not class the lift as amazing, my lashes have kinks rather than nice curl... sorry to say this but it seems the lift was maybe a little too aggressive. It’s been over three weeks now and my lashes are still not ok, it’s like they got trapped in a cheap lash curler. The tint was very faint, I haven’t noticed any difference in colour. My eyelashes look their best right after a shower at the moment, when they’re wet. Once they’re dry, the weird kinks just reappear. It’s a shame because the ladies were lovely and atmosphere was very friendly. Thank you.
My new favourite salon - honestly!
Amazing, as always!
As soon as I stepped into the salon the beauticians were looking at me with sour faces frowning at me as if I should not be there. The treatment was average, and I didn't like the fact that I had sleep in my eye and Rabia did not mention it to me at all during and after the treatment, how could I trust someone who doesn't tell you the littlest things to do your eyebrows? That just shows dishonesty. Also when I was leaving the male beautician stood on the stairs watching me to make sure I left downstairs, which was so very rude. I would never visit here again, you need to learn better customer service skills like smiling and greeting people that come in your salon and not making them feel like a freak. I don't care how nice, and fancy your salon is, you also need to have the customer service skills to match.
