The overall quality of service was good but staff were very intimidating and judgmental. Reception lady said to me word for word: ‘NEXT TIME BOOK VIA PHONE BECAUSE YOU ARENT A LOYAL CUSTOMER OTHERWISE.’

the lady who did my wax was very lovely. she did a great job, although I'd suggest to finish with tweezers for a perfect job and remove those couple hairs that won't go. overall very satisfied with the wax!
