I had booked this appointment, but had to wait 20 minutes to be seen, I also felt like the assistant rushed the pedicure, as she knew I was on my lunch break, they have also got rid of all of the back massage chairs, which is something I look forward too whilst having a pedicure. If I go back I will make sure to ask for this when I book.
