Average at best. Minimal care taken (no wax prep) and Hollywood wax in particular was below par. More painful than any wax I’ve ever had and felt uncomfortable throughout. Wouldn’t recommend.

I had a shellac soak-off and manicure. In total, 4 people worked on my nails during my visit which I found a bit odd. They also asked where I had previously had my nails done to criticize their technique. I heard them ask the same question to other clients who were there at the same time

They used a drill to gently drill off the very top layer of the shellac and then soaked my nails to remove the polish. They also filed and buffed my nails and added a treatment coat. Overall really happy!
