I've been here a few times since they opened but the cleanliness and service has certainly declined. The room for waxing is not clean - hair everywhere and old wax bits all over the towel on the bed. Additionally, the therapist didn't let the wax heat up sufficiently before applying it - she then tried to rip it off before it dried. I've had plenty of waxes so asked her if she could let the wax heat up more. She was friendly about it, but I won't go back. Overall, they need to up the standards.

Really quick treatment - in and out within minutes. It’s a busy salon with a high turnaround but it’s kept in a fairly tidy condition. Efficiency is the reason I come back!

Nice mani/pedi. Liked the paraffin treatment for my hands. The polish is peeling off quickly though :-(
