A new, local nail salon in Bermondsey. Really experienced staff in a light and bright salon. I only had gel removal, shape and strengthening polish in the end as was with my baby who was awake so salon recommended not having colour and I appreciated their guidance. Would go again.

Disappointed to say I definitely won’t be going back.
I decided to try somewhere different from my usual salon and after spotting the good reviews, I picked Cloud9.
When I arrived, the staff member treating me didn’t introduce himself, didn’t offer a drink of water and barely gave me a few seconds to get myself seated before starting on one hand. For the next 45 minutes he said nothing - not exactly the warm welcome you’d hope for.
The colour I picked ended up being finished, which wasn’t a huge issue but there was no offer to help find a similar alternative, I was just chucked the basket of samples to look through again, whilst he stood and spoke to other staff.
Overall the experience was really poor.
