Unclear pricing when I ordered again Last time they promised a£10 credit Aggressive upsell on getting a new set done again Aggressive sales to book directly and bypass treatwell claiming it’s cheaper. I corrected them by stating I go through treatwell as it’s cheaper and I always get £5 off all treatments Female staff are rude and give dirty looks whilst I stand my ground.
