The eyebrow threading treatment was efficient and good, exactly what I needed. The only improvement point for me is that she could have potentially used scissors as well to shorten some of my eyebrows but overall great, I will come back.

Consistently good mani and pedi - this is my fave salon in the area.
Pedis are downstairs and always fantastic. Mani happens upstairs and whilst I wish more help about the choices of varnish & powders or advice re colours was easier to get, the quality of the job is always fab. Thanks!

Unclear pricing when I ordered again
Last time they promised a£10 credit
Aggressive upsell on getting a new set done again
Aggressive sales to book directly and bypass treatwell claiming it’s cheaper.
I corrected them by stating I go through treatwell as it’s cheaper and I always get £5 off all treatments
