Experience that you get depends a lot on which manicurist you get. Some are good, others not so much. Also bear in mind that if you choose a preferred manicurist from Treatwell, you will not get that manicurist in the salon but whoever is free at that time. The gel manicure itself is okay. The cutting, buffing and pushinh back thr cuticle is what you’d expect from other salons however, they use their nails to remove the excess nail polish rather than a toothprick - which is extremely unhygienic. They do not appear to soak the cuticle cutters properly after use, which leads me to believe they only wipe them after every single client. Again, quite unhygienic. You have to tell them to get close to the cuticle line, otherwise they don’t and your fresh manicure looks like it has been done. It is cheaper than other places in London Bridge with the Treatwell discount but I personally won’t be back due to hygie reasons

I regularly come to Cloud9 after work to get a mani. It usually lasts quite a while compared to other salons I've had SNS done at so I am pretty happy to keep coming back.
