Lovely lady but my bottom lashes were’t taped down like they are when I go to other places to get my lash lift - as a result my eyes kept opening which meant product got in my eyes which was particularly painful. The technician was very attentive and nice but she kept coughing and didn’t sanitise her hands afterwards! Normally I wouldn’t make a comment about something like this but given coronavirus this is quite problematic! The lash room wasn’t particularly clean either.

The Hollywood wax was so painful. I realised it later when I got home that I was still in pain. The lady was chatty and quick. My skin is burnt due to Hollywood waxing and had the worst experience ever. I want my money to refunded.
