All of the sudden the venue does not take card payments so I was asked to go to a nearby corner shop to withdraw cash. I have the salon’s loyalty card and when I presented it for a stamp the girl started making up rules that £10 treatment does not qualify for a stamp and especially when I use a discount voucher that the venue itself gave me at Christmas. When I asked for T&C’s (the card does not have them) they refused to show them because they do not exist and “the owner just said so”. The owner is also non-existent. Loyalty in this salon has a price for the client to pay. Will not be coming back.

Will is perfect everytime but this time i didnt choose shellac, but normal nail polish. It chipped the same day .
