The atmosphere of the shop was clean and the person in charge of waxing was nice but not professional. Asked me to tight up my skin so she could do her work and when I wasn’t holding enough, it was really painful. I assume that she should know how to hold the skin to not make pain. Positions were really uncomfortable and I got burn few times from the wax. I won’t come back
