The nail team at Cloud9 is always great: prompt, friendly & good quality. The eyebrow lady however is disappointing, she always seems unaware of my appointment and is unfriendly about it rather than apologetic. Most recently she wasn’t aware of my appointment again and rushed to thread my eyebrows upstairs in the shop window (rather than downstairs in her treatment room). There was no mirror provided to check I was happy and no apology/explanation for the poor experience. Great nails, poor brows
