The salon is clean and the staff work efficiently. The member of staff who did my manicure and pedicure was a bit rough around the cuticles and actually cut my skin three times. The person did not say anything and I didn't realise until I left the salon and saw blood around my cuticles on both my hands and feet.

Lovely friendly team, but my nails are not how I wanted. The tip that was put on (after a long nail broke the day of my manicure -typical!) looks chunky/misshapen and hasn’t been smoothed enough. My previously long nails were cut to the length I wanted...but then over-filed during shaping so they’re now too short. The almond shaping isn’t great either. Very disappointed. Everyone’s super friendly but won’t be returning.
