The therapist was quite agreeable but the reason for my rating is the fact that the threading got me friction burns which caused me to get bumps all around my eyebrows (I don’t have acne or anything so that’s really bad) and some scarring 3 days later. I have never had that even at Superdrug threading. I will definitely not go back.
