Nail appointment took 3.5 hours in total. Was booked in for infills but he decided to take them off and do a new set after he’d already started but didn’t soak them off properly and just filed down to the nail. Left cuticles raw and bleeding, shapes are different on each hand. Was still charged full price for a takeoff and full set despite all of this even though that’s not what I booked for, it wasn’t done properly and the nail tech was clearly not fully trained.

Sam was a lovely therapist, unfortunately she left me on the bed half waxed covered by a towel, due to a staff member calling her out to attend another client, although she had already started my treatment, very unprofessional. She did apologise and finished the wax.
