First time, got manicure infill with gel powder. I wanted my nails shorter but the nail technician insisted I’d get a new set instead of cutting it to the length I wanted, I refused. He then did not clean the gel from the infill properly, left patches, I couldn’t choose an opaque colour that I wanted anymore and in the end, had to pay extra £10 for shellac colour as online the boking with gel powder infill it’s with nail polish and shellac needs to be booked separately. Won’t return!
