I love cloud9 beauty, I go there regularly for gel mani & pedicure and it’s always delightful. The staff is so friendly and the place is super cute and cosy. Will definitely be back soon

The entire experience was awful. People working in the saloon were loudly talking to each other throughout in their language and my nail therapist was taking calls with the loud speaker on. She was not focusing on my treatment at all. On top of that, nothing was cleaned from the towel to the nail dryer. I was very uncomfortable. I would not go there again. Having said that, the appointment started on time and the variety of Saint Nails colours available was good.

Terrible treatment, I won’t recommend. My eyelashes look the same as without the LVL treatment, a waste of money and time.

Had lash lift + tint. Wasn't the most comfortable experience but I am very happy with the result. My lashes look really great and it's wonderful to not have to wear mascara.
Pedicure was good. Felt a little rushed this time, but good result as always.
