Not sure whats happening lately but the customer service deserve 0 stars. It used to be so much better. Floors were very dirty despite it being very quiet. I got the shellac removed from my hand and feet ahead of having surgery tomorrow, asked if they could cut my cuticle and they told me I’ll have to pay £26. Jokes.
