Such a great way to recover from all the stresses of daily life. Literally switch off for an hour and float your troubles away. As a martial artist I recommend floating to all my students both as a great way to recover the mind body and soul, but to also use visualisation in the build up to competition.... Stop thinking about floating and just book a session and see for yourself

This was the BEST float I had! I actually managed to sleep and feel so well rested. My friend couldn’t make the session and Remly happily rescheduled her apt. I absolutely LOVE coming here and will be going in August! Thank you so much Remly!

Introductory session went very smoothly. I was made to feel very welcome and everything was explained so I got the best out of the experience. It was very clean and efficient but I did not feel rushed. I Will definitely go back.
