Fatima was kind but she did not sanitise her hands nor wore gloves when she did my lashes. She taped my eyes in a way that hurt my eyeballs. They weren’t fully shut when she was putting on the extensions. I had to tell her in the middle to please give me a break as it was so painful. But she didn’t give me a break and proceeded. After the appointment my eyes were so red and the next day I had puss coming out of my eyes. I contacted the shop via instagram and telephone and got ignored.
