Turned up for my booking and the salon was closed for a refurbishment. I received no warning and my booking was accepted like normal. Really not happy.

Very disappointed, cancelled and rearranged three times. The final time I actually arrived at the shop which was closed and told when I called to book again on Monday. Very poor customer service.

Such good value for money! Lovely staff who mad everyone feel welcome even though they were rushed off their feet. My colourist really listened to what I wanted and the blow dry was great.
