After booking, I was told the eyelash technician went home sick so was unable to do the eyelashes, the gentleman on the phone was very helpful and arranged a refund for me 😌
Turned up for my booking and the salon was closed for a refurbishment. I received no warning and my booking was accepted like normal. Really not happy.
Very disappointed, cancelled and rearranged three times. The final time I actually arrived at the shop which was closed and told when I called to book again on Monday. Very poor customer service.
