Gisella was super friendly, professional and fast. I have very delicate skin and was concerned about the gel removal with acetone soaking.
To my surprise, Gisella did not soak my nails to remove the gel. She used another method that did not damage the skin and perfected the shape of the cuticles and nails. My nails look amazing. The price is also super-competitive making it an excellent value for money. I will be back.

she sanded through my nails in several places. there were a few moments where i had to physically pull my hand away because it hurt so bad. at one point i guess the nail drill slipped in her nail and it circled all around my finger. my nails are breaking and are thin as paper.
