I always love my nails after a session at Cloud. The salon is spotless and Alex takes so much care and her attention to detail is amazing. She’s does the most beautiful nail art and I always get so many compliments on my nails afterwards. 10/10!

My appointment was first rescheduled by 15 minutes, and then, once I was already in the salon, delayed by another 15. For a gel removal that took under 20 minutes, it was unnecessarily frustrating.
