Very nice people but my first brow lamination experience whilst started out smoothly, went pretty poorly. Fatima is a lovely girl, but the lifting solution was clearly left on for too long so now I am left with extremely textured and wavy eyebrows. They tried to fix it the next day but sadly the damage was done. The massage was great, and even though there was some confusion about the time I had booked for, it was resolved.
