Have been here a before but sadly I got my nails done here recently and it was not enjoyable. I was consistently told by the girl doing my nails that she was in a rush, with backtoback appointments. I asked for the metallic Hailey Bieber nails, which I was told they didn’t know how to, so I then asked for a French mani which she didn’t have time for. I had to settle for a pink colour. One of my nails has just cracked as well. Not cheap so very disappointed. Whole experience felt rushed.

The express facial was amazing. Very relaxing. I was feeling looked after by the lady delivering my facial. However, the atmosphere in the salon was a bit off. Overall, the other girls working in the salon came across quite cold. I work in customer service myself and i would say there is a room for improvement to deliver a friendlier service. i would still recommend the salon as the procedure and price were great.
