she was very rough with my hair I have quite fine/thin damaged hair so it made me very nervous and since leaving I have noticed that my hair is quite uneven as I got a blunt cut it’s quite hard to hide it

I have never had a bad experience here. The customer service is exceptional, in particular the owner Emmi is wonderful. The staff were so excited to be back from lockdown and all seemed to have excellent knowledge!

Thank you so much to the senior stylist Kim who absolutely made me fall in love with my hair again. I’ve never been so happy with my colour and cut - and her input in the decisions reminded me of how talented some stylists are. Couldn’t recommend enough. Also, receptionist (I believe the owner) was absolutely lovely and makes you feel amazing.

Staff were very friendly, the place was really nicely decorated and they had a huge colour selection for nails!! 10/10
