The salon was covered in cut hair. There was water on the seat they asked me to sit on to wash my hair so I wiped it down with a towel. The lady cutting my hair looked at the brush she used, reacted like she shouldn’t of used it as it was full of other peoples hair and then continued to do so. I was put off asking for what I normally have due to the terrible feeling I got from the salon, so I asked for a straight cut. I have long hair. It’s the worst cut I’ve ever had. It is jagged.
