Happy with final result of my cut and balayage however the customer service and communication at this salon really let's them down. My stylist didn't introduce himself, his English wasn't great either, just found it a bit awkward and unfriendly. A booking mistake was made so my stylist had to jump between me and another client which I found a bit worrying as I was left sitting with bleach in for almost 1.5 hours.Wasn't offered any refreshments either ..that said Im happy with the finished result
