Carmen is the absolute top quality, multi skilled and experienced beautician far and wide. I can't praise her high enough. When I'm on a tight schedule and Carmen is fully booked, I dread to go for a treatment elsewhere. Carmen even saved a lot of problems for me after I had many ingrown hair from a poorly performed Hollywood wax from a different salon previously. She really took her time to sort me out which she went above and beyond and I don't know anywhere else anyone would do you such a favour . Carmen honestly knows her stuff, she also uses the best, well researched products - beautiful smelling, good quality stuff (as opposed to some cheap, nasty, horrible smelling stuff they use in some salons) and she's also a beautiful, warm, friendly person you feel completely realaxed and comfortable with instantly. Everything from start to finish is superb and you know you really are in good hands with Carmen. I have been to many salons and I couldn't vouch for any of them like I can, hand on heart, for Carmen. It's 100% worth the journey for me for this absolute gem of a person/beautician :)
