Carmen is exceptional beautician as well as a person. The Hollywood wax is the best there is, simple fact. I also had a massage done as I was in pain with my back and shoulder. Again, Carmen delivered. I felt pampered and relaxed, not rushed like many places and pain has resided. For manicure I had the SNS dipping powder which is the real deal unlike many salons that use cheap products. Carmen uses the real products only. Everything was impeccable and immaculate as always.
