My full body deep tissue massage was absolutely incredible, has to be one of the best I've ever had. Sharon was amazing and knowledgeable and uncovered loads of knots all over my body that I was completely unaware of. Some areas were painful, not going to lie, but massaging them regularly are the only way to get rid of those knots. Sharon was also a lovely person and was just what I needed to wind me down. Will definitely return, recommend unreservedly! Thank you Sharon :)

Another fantastic facial from Sharon, I love the way my skin looks and feels afterwards . My absolute favourite is the aromatherapy facial. A real treat.

Sharon was lovely and treatment was very nice. She did a great job. She was very intuitive recognizing a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders that could contribute to problem spots on my face. She helped me work them out. The treatment room is within the Fitness First which is extremely loud, unfortunately you cannot tune it out so the atmosphere is less relaxing despite Sharon’s attempts to create a relaxing atmosphere.
