Massage was excellent and masseuse actually gave me special treatment, only complaints that hold me back from 5 stars are that I could hear the sound from the gym just outside the door of the treatment room (which I honestly should have expected having at a gym). Also the massage bed was very nice with a heating pad, but it did not have a conventional hole for my face, so my neck and face were very uncomfortable during the massage.
