Sharon was very nice but by her own admission, she's not very experienced with hot wax - it was possibly the worst brazilian wax I've ever had. She didn't stretch the skin when pulling off the wax so it was pretty painful and I was left with bruising the next day. She also wasn't particularly thorough did not wax all the way under.
