Sharon was really warm and welcoming, she went over and above (literally) as we went over time due to various ailments I moaned about - so she made sure those areas were well looked after! Very skilled and experienced. My only complaint was that the treatment room is literally off the gym floor so i found it hard to switch off with variois noises in the background. Im not that fussy but perhaps others would be.
