I can see how some reviews felt it was noisy with it being within the gym, as I went at a pretty quiet time of the day and I could still hear the gym over the music. But I was still able to get inside my own head and block it out for periods of my massage.
The massage itself was amazing. Shannon asked before starting how I’d like my massage and worked on parts that I had mentioned.
I would recommend that an eye mask is offered when completing a hot stone due to needing the direct spot light.
