I felt very welcome and loved speaking with my hairdresser. I will definitely be going back! She has done a great job! I had really bad roots and she has made blonde again! Really evenly highlighted and totally natural! Xx

The staff were lovely and friendly but the waxing wasn't right and I've had to go somewhere else to get it right.

Awful! Came out as hairy as I went in after having my appointment pushed back by an hour. Luckily I live close by so could go home but waited outside the shop for 10minutes, then had a terrible wax which I had to get done again. Very disappointing. Also it’s in a shop with no lock on the door so I felt like anyone could walk in.
