Lovely haircut - friendly experience and good wash and cut. Had to wait a while and not much was done to hair other than a trim and blow dry. But generally good experience.

Very sweet lady, however the wax wasn’t ready quality. It was the most painful wax I’ve ever had (in 10 years plus!) and was very messy. The wax itself wasn’t ready quality.

I was left with a lot of wax residue after being left to clean myself up, as well as having wax spilt on my clothes. The actual wax itself I was left pretty clear, however the behind aspect was not done very well (hairs not removed but the was was still there) which made it rather uncomfortable for myself to remove.
