Spent nearly three hours in the salon, largely because two other walk-in clients were accepted after my arrival in a salon with a single employee. This interrupted my appointment which ultimately ended with streaky highlights of several shades (red, yellow, blonde) after a request for balayage. As I was the only other person in the store (it was closed by the time she finished with me!) I felt too nervous to approach her about my dissatisfaction. Had to have my hair redone at a different salon the next day.

Slightly odd set up being at the back of a men's clothing store which isn't immediately obvious from the street. The owner is nice and welcoming. Had highlights and the colour looks good. The cut is okish - not the best but not the worst. OK given the price in central London if you aren't looking for frills.
