I spent a painful Christmas with a lower back injury. Irene kindly took time out of her own Christmas break to see me. She was incredibly thorough and professional. After 2 sessions she has worked wonders and my back feels completely better! Irene has provided me with aftercare advice on how I can help myself and hopefully prevent a recurrence.
I highly recommend Irene if you have any aches/pains/injuries.

I went for my first session to try to help repair issues I was having with my shoulder. Irene was super friendly , she asked for lots of info on my lifestyle, previous injuries, exercise routines and preferences regarding how deep a massage I like. She explained throughout the treatment what she was doing & why. I’m extremely happy with how my shoulder has responded. I highly recommend visiting Irene if you need help rehabbing after an injury !

Can’t recommend Irene highly enough, always a warm welcome on arrival, her salon is lovely and clean with a friendly atmosphere.

Irene is incredible! She was able to identify my lower back pain issue really quickly without me having to say much and knew straight away what to do in order to help me recover from it. She's an amazing person which shows great interest and care to her clients and really knows how to help you.
