A home venue but treatment area could have been kept much more tidier. It was just an underarm wax but Reina kept going in and out as well as the waxing was very painful. I have been to better salons with a much better experience. To add my treatment started 10 mins late.
Ok for the price. I won’t be returning.
Ola was very sweet and nice but quiet, she was on the phone during my manicure and pedicure (more focused on her wifi signal and calling her friend than her client infront of her) found abit rude. I felt I was intruding on her calls and her boyfriend coming in the room. I was disappointed with her nail painting (it was blotchy, thick and uneven on the nail) but filing was ok. I personally wouldn’t go again but can’t complain for the price

Really lovely, warm service, felt welcomed and attended to.
Love my the results of my facial and mani/pedicure.
Everything was fine, as it was a home based venue the treatment room was also a children’s bedroom. There were a few other people milling around and I almost felt like I was intruding. The treatment was ok, Ola was nice but quiet, my personal preference is to have a bit of small talk but it was very transactional. Happy with results.
