When i arrived there was no staff on reception (or anywhere else) and i had no idea where to wait or discuss my appointment.
Massage therapist was 10 minutes late and finished 10 minutes early to add insult to injury.
The massage consisted more of her poking and gently pressing my body and no Deep Tissue skills were used ( I've had Deep Tissue done many times in the past and know more skill is used) My massage was rushed and my 50 minutes felt wasted...
A poor experience overall..
